Steps To Reproduce:
1.No information on how long the tests have been running

More information:
There are no indication on the current elapsed time for JUnit.  CDT Head for
example takes about 7000 sec originally to run on my XP machine. And there is
no information on how long has it been running. 

The elapsed time would be good if it were only updated every other minute or
so. (So that it doesnt consume much CPU time)

Maybe we can show the time the tests were started.

Time started would be nice too. 

How about both information?
