Bugzilla is back up (for reading and writing to *existing* bugs) but I can't open a new one **using the website**, despite being logged in. (Tried logging out and back in, in case there was something cookie-related that was wrong. Still no love.)

Also, as you'll see below, the ?product= key seems to no longer be case insensitive, and ... we're back to Bugzilla 2.20 instead of 3.0?

Aside: amazingly, though the links below do not work in various browsers (Flock, Iceweasel, Konqueror), I can still open bugs (such as this one) using Mylyn. Three cheers!
