Description john CLA 2008-04-24 19:30:12 EDT
Seems like I spend a lot of time trying to get Eclipse to refesh its cache after I have done an ant build. I exit and re-enter Eclipse, open and close projects, press the refresh key lots of times, tell it to clean all the projects, and I eventually get it back in sync with its environment. When its not confused its the best IDE I ever used but I waste way too much time trying to unconfused it far too often. It would be nice if I could just press a button that simply tells it to rebuild all its cached information from scratch while I go do something else more useful.

I'm not sure which cached information you're talking about. Do you have something specific in mind? Maybe you should describe the scenarios that caused problem so that we understand the issues you ran into.
