preprocessing is not going to be available on this initial MTJ. all references on MTJ to preprocessing must be removed for a while. after preprocessing is commited to MTJ, this code must be added back

The pieces of code that interact with antenna.preprocessor/implements EclipseME's preprocessor feature, were commented out, as this feature will be re-included in the futute.
