The PDE core text models need to have unit tests. If we ever decide to open this more to the public, the code needs to be tested widely.

Particularly, I'm referring to the classes in the 'org.eclipse.pde.internal.core.text' package.

Interestingly this seems to best tested part of PDE already...

I'm launching org.eclipse.pde.ui.tests.AllPDETests. Without org.eclipse.pde.ui.tests.performance.parts package.

This bug has no value.  Improving the overall test coverage would be great.
