Steps To Reproduce:
===== Description =====
The "Copy", "Cut" and "Paste" under "EDIT" function are disable when right click on note in geochapes editor.
and Richt click make no effect when in note edit mode.



===== Steps To Reproduce =====
1.Create a note with some text in geoshapes editor.  
2.Double click on the text to enter edit mode.  
3.Select the text you wish to copy.  Right click on the text and select “Copy”

===== Expected Result =====
Should be able to copy selected text and paste it into another note. 

===== Actual Result =====
1.Before enter edit mode, right click on note, the "Copy", "Cut" and "Paste" under "EDIT" function are disable.
2.When enter edit mode, right click make no effect, not working at all.

But the Hot key works, "ctrl+c" and "ctrl+v" can copy and paste correctly.
