Here comes your nightmare: Turkish Locale:)

When editing a web page with Web Page Editor, dropping item from palette that generate a tag which contains "i" character, causes problems in Turkish locale.

Problem is it puts "ı" (i without dot) instead of "i" in the tag. For example, <ınput> is put into html source, not <include>.

Thanks for the report. We will review for 3.0, however, given the limited resources we might not fix this in this release. However, we would like to encourage any contribution to fix this issue. So please feel free to provide a patch to fix this issue.

Is there any progress about this bug?

in turkish, lovercase of 'I' is 'ý' and the uppercase of 'i' is 'Ý' character. I think this problem occurs cause of this.
