To enable more 'build-like' validation that rebuilds stylesheets when stylesheets it depends on are changed, we need to use source validation.

This bug takes over from bug 222909 - which was more about the editor validation as opposed to source validation.

Have implemented this.

Needs more work on events like mutliple files being copied into a project etc.

Am marking as fixed - source validation has been implemented.

mass update to 3.1 target due to movement from wtp incubator to wtp source editing lost the original milestones.
