ID attribute row improvement

Provide more information for cross-linked IDs, similar to the schema attribute browser from the schema editor.

This is a simple improvement that adds:
1) a name, or label, or description if available
2) the contributing plugin identifier

The patch still needs some polish last time I checked.

I will review this on the plane and see what I can do for M7.
