George, can you give a little more information about what you were doing when you encountered this exception? Was the file deleted from outside of the workspace?
Nothing special. Just flipping between tabs and Views. The file was not touched outside Eclipse. When I saw the error I checked out the file system to see what was going on and found that the file had not been deleted.
And you had all the necessary read permissions as well? Was it just the XML Editor having a problem? Can it be opened with the Text Editor?
Vote to resolve for following reasons, bug opener has gone silent for 2 years since last developer question, not enough information to proceed from here.
I don't think we have enough information to work from at this time. Please reopen if this has continued to be an issue.
