- deprecate our constants (done for M6)
- write pref migration/forwarding code
- remove our UI
- notify our clients

API deprecation was already done for M6).
Sent Ant (bug 225345) an Debug (bug 225347) with patches.

Fixed in HEAD.
Available in builds >= N200804012000.
