Proposed fix

Follow-up to bug 156168

Clients of the parameter-less versions of IType#get*QualifiedName() should be warned about the '$'.

Since most clients mean get*QualifiedName('.'), this pitfall must be stated explicitly.

Thanks Markus. Patch released with a slight edit: '<code>enclosingTypeSeparator</code>' was replaced with 'enclosing type separator'
