Integrate spell checking and make it possible to edit the wordbook.

I would be interested to know how spell checking could be achieved for Babel.  First off we would have to able to acquire a set of dictionaries for each of the 34 languages that Babel supports (or at least a good subset of them). The dictionaries would have to be under a license that we could consume and distribute with the Babel server code.

Now it might be possible to compile these dictionaries from existing translations, but there is no way to verify automatically that these are indeed correct spellings.  Plus it would be hard to reconcile changes made to the 'wordbook' and keep them up to date with the changes in translations.

This doesn't even  touch the overhead in actually doing the spell checking.

Unless someone can offer some advice on how this could be done I am inclined to mark this bug as 'wontfix', at least for now.
