with bug 73151 down, people will be jumping to logs outside the workspace probably more often. When they do this, we should present the option to reload the workspace log from the new menu.

I'd envision something like this

(no logs available)
-------------------
Reload this workspaces log

or 

Log 1
Log 2
-------------------
Reload this workspaces log

This separator and option should only be displayed when working outside the workspace log, similar to how we do it with the popup menu.
