handle method is overrided in order to process package change

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Create JPA project with respective connection
2.Open JPA Tools -> Generate Entities... wizard from the context menu of the project
3.Choose the connection and go to the next (second page).By default package name is empty, so warning appears : The use of the default package is discouraged.
4.Set package name - the message still exists
REASON: There is no handleFieldChanged method implemented in case of package field editing

mass change to add 'contributed' keyword based on bugzilla query, please
correct if that's not accurate (by marking patches as obsolete and removing the
'contributed' keyword.
