From the main project info page, select a committer link e.g.
   http://www.eclipse.org/projects/lists.php?list=projectsforcommitter&param=moberhuber

beside the names of the projects that the committer works for, there is a link labelled "(dash)" which directs to the commits dashboard.

The link should better be labelled 

(commits dashboard)

or similar.

Since this bug was opened an explanation was added to the bottom of the page explaining what everything is.
