Ability to step between Java and XSL in the debugging process. This is useful for tools like Dita-OT that use both Java and XSLT in their build process.

Unfortunately, this causes an issue in that when the breakpoint is hit the current XSL frame does not get focus. Have backed out for now until I've figured out why this is the case.
