There is a series of online help articles in org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv on the JDT API: the root of the series is jdt_api.htm.  This online help needs to be modified to mention APT, and the various associated documents need to be fleshed out.  For example, there should be more documentation of the various apt plug-ins, and there needs to be some mention of Java 6 processing.

This would also be a place to discuss specifics of the Eclipse APT implementation; for instance, a caution that resource files generated into the generated source folder will not be automatically copied to the output folder (see bug 212939).
