Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click show resource history
2.Click any revision
3.Right click on jsp file that can be shown in below changeset window
4.Click on compare with previous revision



More information:
I am using UTF-8 encoding in jsp files. And I have some korean comment in jsp files.
But when I use compare function in jsp files, all koreans don't be displayed correctly.

Encoding detection support is now added to Compare Editor.
Will be available in the next Subversive build.
