The RSE Developer's guide has a page with a list of extension points:
http://dsdp.eclipse.org/help/latest/topic/org.eclipse.rse.doc.isv/guide/Extensions.html

But this is only a subset of the list of extension points in the refguide:
http://dsdp.eclipse.org/help/latest/topic/org.eclipse.rse.doc.isv/reference/extension-points/org_eclipse_rse_subsystems_files_core_remoteFileTypes.html

We should avoid such duplication since it creates inconsistency. Suggestion as per http://wiki.eclipse.org/DSDP/TM/Committer_Phone_Meeting_27-Nov-2007 :

Change the wording in the page: "These are the most useful extension points... see the reference for others".

Did some minor editing on Extensions.html in addition to incorporating the suggestions.
