Patch to install scroll-wheel zoom in the DiagramEditor class

I propose to add a shortcut for zoom in/out support. Using combination with Ctrl key, you can zoom in/out of the diagram area with the mouse scroll-wheel. Very useful, as it avoid from selecting the corresponding zoom level in the combo box present on the toolbar, or selecting the corresponding entry in the Diagram menu. Try it, and I am sure, you will adopt it ! :-)

Is it acceptable to get this feature part of the M7 release ? This is a very simple patch bringing a quite useful feature!
