Fix for this issue

Build ID: v200711060800

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Analyze a build output file instead of the build console output.
2. The specified build output is never released, which makes it impossible to remove the build output file or its parent directory while the application is running.

DefaultSIFileReader should close the file input stream.
