The Edit menu (in the menu bar) does not work for the text input field and not for the terminal canvas. But this seems to be the case for other views that have text fields (like the windriver retriever or the mylyn task view find field)

Is this a duplicate of bug 166150 ? I assume that this is a minor issue.
