Currently all names and types references are indexed in a single index category: 'ref'. As the first need for fine grained search is the reference of annotations (see bug 155013 comment 8 point 1), it may be interesting to have a specific category for annotation references to speed-up this kind of search...

Released for 3.4M4 in HEAD stream (see patch attached with bug 155013).

Verified by looking code for 3.4M4 using build I20071210-1800.
