DiagramImpl.persistEdges does not guarantee parent hierarchy of source/target is persisted.  In rare circumstances, this could result in model corruption problems as the source or target's container may not get persisted.

I have modified DiagramImpl.persistEdges so that the complete parent hierarchy of the source and target is also persisted.
