Steps To Reproduce:
The following code context ids no longer exists in ContextIDs.java in the
package org.eclipse.wst.server.ui.internal, as a result retiring the
following documentation entries:
-spge0014
-spge0020
-swic0000
-swic0002
-swic0004
-swic0006
-swic0008
-swic0010

In addition resolving bug 205362, by adding the following text to svcp0000:
"To edit a server open its server editor by going into the Servers view and double-click the server; or right-click the server and select Open in the pop-up menu."

mass change to add 'contributed' keyword based on bugzilla query, please correct if that's not accurate (by marking patches as obsolete and removing the 'contributed' keyword.
