org.eclipse.pde.ui.tests.performance.parts.OpenManifestEditorPerfTest#testEditorOpenXML()
 shows negative results (between -0.2% and -8.6%) since the first 3.4 build.

The standard error of this test is OK (always below the 3% threshold), hence this regression needs to be investigated.

Note that test duration is between 400ms and 500ms approx. and so, this regression may not be noticeable by users => open with minor severity

Close as WONTFIX as there won't be more performance tests on 3.4...
