There are missing RSS links on various newsgroup pages:

http://www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/  
  -> Needs an RSS icon next to Newcomers group

http://www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/index_project.php
  -> All the Eclipse General groups are RSS-less

http://www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/index_topic.php
  -> All the Eclipse General groups are RSS-less

http://www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/index_all.php
  -> Foundation groups don't have RSS links
