The batch compiler does not copy the resources in the source directory like the normal Eclipse compiler does. Is there a way to enable this?

No - the batch compiler is a straight compiler like javac.

Its the JavaBuilder (not the compiler in Eclipse) that ensures resources are copied from source folders to the output folder.

Verified for 3.4M3 using I20071029-0010 build.
