In build F2.

TVT tester in Toronto found a reference to Perspective menu in description of 
extension in extension wizard.  Description should be updated to account for 
the Window menu containing the Perspective menu now...

This bug was opened in response to TPRS ID=100


Re-create procedure : 

From the main Workbench panel, open or switch to the Resource perspective. 
In the Navigator view, expand a project and select plugin.xml. 
Double click the plugin.xml resource to open the manifest editor. 
On the lower tabs, click on Extensions, then click on the Add... button.
Select Extension Templates in the left pane and Sample View in the right pane.

In the lower pane, a sentence is "The view can be opeded by selecting 
Perspective, Show View and then Other... on the menu bar."
However, it is unable to find Perspective in the menu bar. Maybe it should be 
Window instead.
