This would prevent having to click back to the email to get access to the information.  Since the portal component will mark the Foundation DB as needed there is no reason to have to even go in there at all if the info is available in the portal.

Matt does most (if not all) of the provisioning, and he's becoming a Portal master too, so he is best positioned to determine what needs to happen here.
