The download page urls need to have ?component= rather than ?project= because these are components, not projects as per the Eclipse Development Process nomenclature.

Since this will one day be obsoleted by the changes in bug 220871, I'm closing as WONTFIX. 

In the event that those changes are not ratified, someone can reopen this bug and Chris try to spit out his wine at that later date. :P
