Patch to fix the bug

When included Japanese character an installation path of eclipse, The error 
occurs if eclipse is started. 
ex.
  eclipse's installation?FC:\Eclipse???{??
  MyEclipse's installation?FC:\MyEclipse

In oppositely case, ??he error does not occur.
