Build F3-20020612

Open the Package Explorer view and the Package view (the one from the 
JavaBrowsing).
Activate Package Explorer view.
** See the Navigate menu. The goto package is enabled.
Activate the Package view.
** Goto package should be enabled as well.

Known limitation. Will not be addressed for 2.0.

Chaning state from assigned later to resolved later. Assigned later got 
introduced by the last bug conversion and is not a supported Eclipse bug state.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
