I happened to notice my 'JPA Development' perspective button in the top left was getting cutoff a lot, while my 'Web' and 'Java EE' were fine.

Looking at similar perspectives ('Java', 'Web', 'Java EE') I think the word 'Development' is redundant and should just be removed. You could make an argument that PDE uses 'Plugin Development' or simply disagree with me, but I think removing the word would ensure better consistency both with other WTP perspectives and the other perspectives that JPA developers are going to use.

I've made the change in the org.eclipse.jpt.ui plugin and checked it in.  I saw multiple references in the org.eclipse.jpt.doc.user that will need to be updated as well.
