Update site URL doesn't work.

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ajdt/33/update

from:

http://www.eclipse.org/ajdt/downloads/

gives you:

 404 file not found

I'll add a placeholder index.html to fix this.
But it's not much help as the update site URLs are only for use from within the Eclipse Update Manager. You can access this via Help > Software Updates > Find And Install...
Then that update site URL should work fine (you don't need to know this, but the update manager adds site.xml to the URL, so it will look for http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ajdt/33/update/site.xml which loads ok for me)
