A screenshot of the issue.

If you create a palette stack with lots of entries (try more than 15), there will be blank space whe the palette stack is shown.  It is still possible to get to all the entries using the scroll button, but it looks quite ugly.

To reproduce this, modify the LogicPlugin.createComponentsDrawer() method to add an entry 15 times or so to the palette stack.

See that attached screenshot.

The problem is reproducible on Linux Redhat and not on Windows.
