trying to double click a python document in the 'Script Explorer' gives an error and fails to open.

patch fixing said issue

in addition to fixing the issue, this patch also wires up the editor's ruler context.

fixed severity, it's not an enhancement (well, i guess it's 1/2 and 1/2)
