Currently any change to a profile causes the entire profile to be saved again.  We should only be saving the parts that have changed in the profile.  

Every time I create a connection, create a filter, rename a filter, rename a connection, etc the profile is saved.  We shouldn't be doing so much work for every operation that causes a change in the profile.  We should only be saving the parts that have changed and everything below it if need be.
