This patch does not correct the right-click on line number vertical rule (we can not check/uncheck show diff and show line number)

Patch v2

A new version of the patch that deactivate ATL editor's preferenceStore. It means that the options from the ATL Editor preference page are not read anymore. 
It should be usefull to delete classes that are not used anymore also.
ATL editor is then coming back to a standard text editor behavior.
