The Add Contact dialog needs some beautification.

Also, it needs to be a bit smarter in regards to how it handles adding contacts. For example, if I'm highlighting an account like xxx@gmail.com, it should realize that I want to add an account based on my current selection.

It would be great to remove the need to specify an account (i.e. if the select a specific account to add to rather from the view pull-down).

I've removed the iplog+ flag; AFAICT the bug comments contain no IP.
