Steps To Reproduce:
1. Right-click a drawer in Palette
2. Select Customized... and open Customize Palette Dialog
3. Select an existing Component or Create a new one.
4. Click the 'Small icon' button and Open 'Open' Dialog
5. Do not select an icon, just click 'cancel' to close it.
6. Then, click 'OK' or 'Apply' to make it work
7. See, the component's icon become to a small red icon.

correct, we should just leave the original icon here.
