the attached path adds an ExternalDebuggingEngineConfigurationBlock base class that can be used as a starting point for external debugging engines.

this is refactored code from the patch originally submitted for bug 195205

minor bug fix patch

noticed that i wasn't making a call to super.performOk from inside the AbstractScriptDebuggingEngineConfigurationBlock sub-classes. rather then creating a new bug, attaching the patch here.

this should be applied after the individual language implementation patches are (hopefully) applied.
