Description Kevin Doyle CLA 2007-06-25 10:12:31 EDT
When trying to rename a file/folder sometimes it fails with the following reason:
"Rename operation failed because, the object to rename does not exist, or the object with new object name already exists, or the user does not have enough authority to rename the object"

If I ssh connect to the server I can rename the file/folder fine. Sometimes if I refresh the parent then do a rename it works okay.

Console shows:
RNFR /public_html/B2/kevin33323
350 RNFR accepted - file exists, ready for destination

RNTO kevin--rename
550 Rename/move failure: Invalid argument

I've tried to replicate under FTP, but I can't. Kevin mentioned that it might have been fixed along with another FTP renaming bug, I think that's the case.

I can no longer reproduce this. This must of been fixed with bug 194204.
