The Restore Defaults and Apply buttons are there, but have no settings to affect.

Setting target milestone to 1.0.2.  Hopefully, we can address this on bugday and it can be in 1.0.2 the following week.

So the preference page should be empty ? I am able to fix this. I will provide a fix.
