patch to platform doc plug-in

Tod, I will need you to apply this patch since I don't have commit rights on the platform doc plug-in.  

Included in this patch are updates to the Import AND Export PDE wizards.  I noticed a screen shot that was out of date so I will also attach that to the bug report.
