If you select an @Id annotation in the Java editor / JPA Structure view, the JPA Details view will display a Table Generator section among others. 

The @TableGenerator annotation allows a schema and a catalog attribute, however, no combos to assist with the generation of these attributes is present in the Table Generator section.

We also need scehma/catalog combos for JoinTable.

Table Generator schema and catalog support has been added to the UI for M6.  We still need the support for 'Join Table' schema and catalog.
