Description Justin L. CLA 2007-06-07 14:50:48 EDT
Build ID: OHF Spatio-Temporal Epidemological/Event Modeler (STEM)

Steps To Reproduce:
N/A

More information:
A set of “toy”, or less complicated scenariosthat could be used to validate the model, illustrate more general principles of infectious disease dynamics, and be used in aids when developing disease models, might be helpful. I think that if we could put together a suite of these then they could serve as the equivalent of test cases for the science and the infectious disease dynamics surrounding the model, as well as illustrate the proper methods for building models to STEM contributors.

There are some internal JUnit tests of the disease model computations. These dynamically created a "scenario" on a model lattice world. I think what you're suggesting is a similar set of user visible Scenarios that are very simple that can be stepped through and explored. These would also be useful for debugging some of the other features like graphing and history collection.
