If you Delete a file in the Remote Systems View, only the first occurrence of that file is removed from the scratchpad. Steps to Reproduce: Drag and Drop a file into the scratchpad. Drag and Drop the parent folder of that file into the scratchpad. Delete the file in the Remote Systems View.
