After renaming a file in the Remote Systems View the Scratchpad is not 
updated to reflect the new name of the object.

Steps to Reproduce:
Drag a file into the scratchpad.
Rename that file in the Remote Systems View.
The Remote Systems View is updated, but not the scratchpad.
